Privacy policy.
PlumberSaaS is a static publication site. It has no user accounts, no comment system and no checkout. This policy covers the little data that exists: server logs, any analytics added later, and the PlumberSoft waitlist.
What we collect
- Server logs. Like every website, our host records requests (IP address, browser, page, time) to keep the site running and secure. Logs are not sold or used for advertising profiles.
- Waitlist emails. If you join the PlumberSoft waitlist, we store the email address you give us and the optional note you attach — only to size demand and to email you about PlumberSoft. Nothing else.
- Email you send us. Messages to our contact address are kept so we can answer them and track corrections.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data. It is the one sentence in this policy that will never change.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- Outbound vendor links are plain links (with affiliate parameters once programs are active). What a vendor does on its own site is governed by that vendor's policy.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. If privacy-respecting analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before they are enabled, and they will be configured to avoid cross-site tracking.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your waitlist email or any message you sent, and we will. Because there are no accounts, there is nothing else to export or close. Reach us via the contact page.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be noted on this page with a new date. The policy was last written for the site's launch in October 2026.
