Terms of use.

The plain-language version: this is an educational publication about business software. Read it, use it to shortlist tools, then verify the final numbers with the vendor before you sign anything.

Content is information, not advice

Everything on PlumberSaaS is general information about software and about the business side of running a plumbing company. It is not legal, tax, accounting or licensing advice, and it is not a substitute for your state licensing board, your accountant or your lawyer. Licensing requirements in particular are set by states and municipalities and change; confirm yours before acting.

Accuracy and pricing

We check pricing and feature figures against vendor sources and date-stamp them, but vendors change plans without telling us, and reported figures for vendors that publish no prices (ServiceTitan, FieldEdge) are estimates from third-party reports. We do not warrant that any figure is current at the moment you read it; the vendor's own quote is the only binding number. Corrections are welcomed on the contact page and are made promptly.

Trademarks

Jobber, Housecall Pro, Workiz, ServiceTitan, Service Fusion, FieldEdge, QuickBooks and all other product and company names used on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use here is nominative — to identify the products being compared — and implies no affiliation or endorsement in either direction.

Acceptable use

  • Link to our guides freely; that is what they are for.
  • Quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Republishing whole articles is not permitted.
  • Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for readers, and do not misrepresent our verdicts in sales material — vendors, this one is mainly for you.

Liability

Software decisions are yours. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlumberSaaS and its publisher are not liable for losses arising from a purchase, contract or business decision made in reliance on this site. These terms were last written for the site's launch in October 2026 and may be updated; the version on this page governs.
